No pain, no gain

Can be classified as serious athletes who train Santander as:

B-Student (11 - 13 years) 2-3x weekly

A student (14 - 15 years) 3-4x a week,

B-young (16 - 17 years) 4-5x a week,

A teenager (18-19 years) 5-6x a week,

Men / women (aged 20 and above) 6 times a week

trained.

For recreational athletes and seniors

- individual training in consultation with the coaches

- sports badges
