The UAC Kulmbach / athletics with his partner TSV Stadtsteinach / lawn motor sports has won numerous awards for his junior kontinierliche work. The most important award in 2008 was undoubtedly the presentation of the Green Belt, the highest of DOSB and Dresdner Bank presented price of this kind in Germany. Twelve athletes from our talent managed in the past 20years the steep path from novice to the youth and adult national team.

What we do differently than our regional competitors?

1. Not get bogged down, but a clear emphasis on the professional sports field ("Stick to your last")

2. Targeted Talent Search at school sports festivals and other occasions

3. Clear Concept (foresight) for each Talent (What could from him / her again?)

4. Continuous basis to create (for the special discipline) rather than unilateral block combined events

5. Professional exchange of trainers modern training methods / Facilities (see union center)

What should parents look for when they send their child to a sports group? What is suitable for my child? Who can assess the test /? What success the newcomers have the training group / club? What do the coaches for coach tickets / training? What experience have a coach? Is trained holistically, not just the competitive discipline? How much value is placed on general coordination (Equipement!)? If the coaches at a consultative technical talk?

Example Simone Mathes (photos in 12 and 30 years as athlete) went through all age classes in our training group. The age of 12 she was first in Upper Franconia champion - in the adult area, it was five times German champion, was in the final battle in World and European Championships.
